Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Order Acceptance

An order is not accepted until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by us.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

4. Alcohol Sales and Delivery

Responsible Service of Alcohol

We comply with all applicable Western Australian liquor licensing laws.

Alcohol products will only be sold and delivered to persons aged 18 years or older.

Proof of Age

We may require proof of age at:

• Checkout;
• Collection;
• Delivery.

Delivery drivers may refuse delivery where:

• Valid identification is not provided;
• The recipient appears intoxicated;
• The recipient is under 18 years of age.

No refund will be provided for failed deliveries resulting from a failure to satisfy age verification requirements.

Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law.

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier services;
• Weather events;
• Industrial action;
• Supply chain disruptions;
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Returns and Refunds

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair where goods:

• Are faulty;
• Are not of acceptable quality;
• Do not match their description.

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Alcohol products cannot be returned once opened.

7. Accommodation Bookings

Booking Confirmation

Accommodation bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment

We may require:

• Full payment at booking; or
• A deposit to secure a reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies displayed at the time of booking form part of these Terms.

Failure to arrive for a booking may result in forfeiture of payments made.

Guest Conduct

Guests must:

• Respect other guests and staff;
• Comply with all lawful directions;
• Avoid excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.

We reserve the right to terminate accommodation without refund where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or causes disturbance.

8. Restaurant and Event Bookings

Bookings may require deposits during peak periods or for large groups.

Failure to attend a booking without notice may result in deposit forfeiture or cancellation fees.

We reserve the right to alter menus, entertainment, operating hours, and event schedules without notice.

9. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards:

• Are not redeemable for cash;
• Cannot be resold;
• Must be used before their expiry date where applicable.

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may not be replaced.

10. Promotions and Competitions

Promotions, giveaways, and competitions may be subject to separate terms.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time where permitted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

• Logos;
• Images;
• Menus;
• Product descriptions;
• Text;
• Graphics;
• Website design;

remains our property or that of our licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
