Limited Edition Starboard Gin ‘Port Flavoured’

A decadent, dessert-style gin leading with the rich, forward dark fruit and raisin flavours of a concentrated tawny port syrup. The palate opens with an indulgent burst of medjool dates, toasted nuts, and dark chocolate, beautifully balanced by a crisp backbone of traditional juniper and bright orange peel. Cassia bark adds warm baking spice, while almonds and orris root create a luxurious, velvety mouthfeel before a long finish of sweet liquorice. 700ml 37.5% ABV
